DN AGRAR Unveils an Ambitious Strategy for 2025 - 2030 Find out more

As part of its 2025–2030 Development Strategy, DN AGRAR GROUP SA is expanding beyond raw milk production into value-added dairy processing. Located at the Straja Farm, the new processing facility is designed to process raw cow milk into skimmed milk and cream, allowing the Group to diversify its revenue streams, optimize transport efficiency, and supply high-demand industrial B2B markets across Europe.

By transforming raw milk into value-added products, DN AGRAR targets higher profit margins while insulating its business model against raw commodity price volatility.

This new business line will strengthen the regional supply chain by delivering traceably produced, high-welfare dairy inputs to local and international food manufacturers.

RESEARCH KEY OBJECTIVES:

Strategic objectives:

• Milk Valorization and Value-Added Products:

Supporting Romania’s domestic dairy ecosystem while scaling high-quality exports to key European markets.

• Market & Client Diversification:

Expand from supplying raw milk to delivering specialized products to large B2B buyers, including ice cream manufacturers, commercial bakeries, and global food processors.

• Environmental Impact and Circular Economy Practices:

Extracting water from raw milk will notably reduce bulk transport weight and volume, significantly lowering fuel consumption, logistics costs, and transport-related carbon emissions.
