In her new role as Chief Operating Officer, Adina brings a solid wealth of experience accumulated within the company. She is a strategic and seasoned leader who will lead and optimize DN AGRAR’s daily operations. She will ensure the business’s efficiency, productivity, and scalability, directly contributing to the achievement of the group’s long-term strategic objectives.
This role involves supervising operations and strategic development, collaborating closely with the CEO and the leadership team to transform strategic vision into concrete and easily implementable operational plans. From this position, Adina will optimize performance by identifying and implementing process improvement initiatives. The main goal is to increase efficiency, reduce costs, and maximize profitability.
Furthermore, she will coordinate and inspire multidisciplinary teams within DN AGRAR. This responsibility will extend across the livestock, agriculture, and technical sectors. In doing so, Adina will ensure clear communication and promote an organizational culture focused on performance and innovation.
With a solid experience, Adina has demonstrated remarkable leadership and strategic planning skills, as well as a proven ability to implement effective changes.
As a financial professional, Mihaela has been at the helm of DN AGRAR’s Accounting Department as Chief Accountant, since 2011.
In this key leadership position, as a Chief Financial Officer (CFO), (starting June 1st, 2025), her role involves meticulous organizing the company’s entire financial-accounting activities, with a strong responsibility of ensuring timely compliance with the state and external partners obligations.
Mihaela is an experienced financial professional with excellent leadership skills and solid analytical thinking. She possesses a deep understanding of accounting and financial principles, easily navigating a dynamic business environment.
In her new role as Chief Financial Officer (CFO), Mihaela is responsible for the company’s overall financial strategy. She will oversee financial operations to ensure stability and economic
growth.
She will continue to manage the accounting teams, optimizing workflows, and developing accurate budgets and financial forecasts. She also plays a pivotal role in analyzing financial data, identifying investment opportunities, and managing financial risks. By collaborating closely with senior management, Mihaela will provide the necessary support in making strategic and operational decisions.
Under Dacian’s coordination, the DN AGRAR agronomy team implements efficient cultivation and agricultural management strategies. His primary responsibilities include optimizing the agricultural calendar and supervising production quality throughout all vegetation and harvesting stages.
His professional journey with DN AGRAR began in 2015 when, as a third-year student at the Faculty of Agriculture, he held the position of Machinery Operator. This early experience was essential in consolidating his technical and mechanical skills.
Upon graduating with his specialized degree in 2016, he transitioned into the role of Agronomist, taking direct responsibility for crop and forage quality at the Lacto Agrar and DN AGRAR Cut farms. His steady growth, supported by a deep understanding of agricultural processes and management, led naturally to his current position as Head of Crop Production for the entire DN AGRAR group.
He is a graduate of the University of Agricultural Sciences and Veterinary Medicine Cluj-Napoca – Faculty of Agriculture, with a Bachelor’s degree. He is also professionally certified by the ANF and authorized by CNGSC Romania—certifications that attest to his professional competence and adherence to industry standards.
With direct responsibility for defining production strategies and resource allocation, Dacian holds a strategic leadership role, overseeing all aspects of crop production from planning to harvest. He leverages his vast experience, solid agricultural knowledge, leadership skills, and professional qualifications to ensure the company’s success in crop production.
With solid experience in various economic sectors, Lacrima Popa joined the DN AGRAR team in 2020 and currently holds the position of Director of Marketing and Public Affairs. Throughout her years within the company, she has demonstrated a consistent commitment to DN AGRAR’s development and visibility objectives.
Her role encompasses managing all Marketing and Public Relations activities, as well as coordinating corporate communication to strengthen the group’s market image and reputation, alongside strategic partners.
Lacrima makes a major contribution to Investor Relations, managing this key area under the direct supervision of the company’s CEO, Mr. Peter de Boer. Her expertise integrates the company’s vision with technical rigor, effectively managing the interface between the company and the capital market. Her portfolio of competencies includes managing compliance and mandatory disclosure requirements for the Bucharest Stock Exchange (BVB) and providing support, alongside the external consultants, in developing transparent communication mechanism, essential for strengthening long-term partnerships with investors.
A graduate of the “1 Decembrie 1918” University of Alba-Iulia, Lacrima joined DN AGRAR with a solid background in marketing and public relations. Throughout her career, she has cultivated a valuable mix of skills in areas such as marketing, sales, communication, and project management. This multidisciplinary trajectory has provided her with an analytical perspective on the levers that support organizational growth, making her a specialist capable of successfully navigating dynamic business environments.
