In April 2024, DN AGRAR recorded an 20% increase in the quantity of milk delivered, compared to April 2023. In the first 4 months of the year, we registered a 19% advance in the amount of milk delivered, compared to the same period last year.

DN AGRAR’s shareholders approved the items from the Ordinary General Meeting of Shareholders agenda on April 29th.

The Ordinary General Meeting of Shareholders (OGMS) from April 29th, 2024, will take place at the Company’s headquarters in Alba-Iulia, Iuliu Maniu Square Street, number 1, Block 31DE, ground floor, Alba County.

In Q1 2024 DN AGRAR recorded an 18% increase in the quantity of milk delivered, compared to Q1 2023. In March 2024 the quantity of milk delivered increased by 17%, compared to March 2023. Continuing the trend started in January 2024, DN AGRAR has surpassed the threshold of 5 million liters delivered monthly throughout the entire quarter.

DN AGRAR recorded a net profit of RON 23 million, a 63% increase. The net profit margin reached 15%, compared to 9% in 2022. The recorded results were supported by the increase in milk production and the optimization of operational fixed costs.

On March 12, 2024, was approved the financing for the Straja project at the Extraordinary General Meeting of Shareholders.

In February 2024 the quantity of milk delivered increased by 24% compared to February 2023. Continuing the positive trend from January 2024, DN AGRAR exceeded the threshold of 5 million liters delivered monthly in February, as well.

DN AGRAR will access a credit facility of 9.2 million euros from Exim Banca Românească SA to develop the farm, for equipment and the purchase of animals. Additionally, for this project, DN AGRAR will provide 20.78% by own sources.

In January 2024 the quantity of milk delivered increased by 14.77% compared to January 2023. The quantity of milk delivered exceeded for the first time the threshold of 5 million liters.

DN AGRAR obtained the maximum score – 10 – for the communication with investors in the VEKTOR by ARIR 2023 evaluation, conducted yearly by the Romanian Investor Relations Association.
