The Romanian version of the Development Strategy for 2025 – 2030 is now available, both on the Bucharest Stock Exchange (symbol DN), as well as on DN AGRAR’s website, at Investors section.

DN AGRAR has ended the first quarter of 2025 with a turnover of RON 51 million, an increase of approximately 27% compared to the same period last year. This growth was driven by an increase in both the volume of milk delivered and the selling price of milk.

DN AGRAR invites stakeholders to an online teleconference on Monday, May 26th, 2025, at 5:00 PM to present the company’s financial and operational results for the first quarter of 2025, along with the strategic plan for 2025 to 2030. The event will be conducted in English, with simultaneous Romanian translation available via Zoom. It will be hosted by members of the management team and will include presentations followed by a dedicated Q&A session.

In the first 4 months of 2025, the quantity of milk delivered increased by 6%, compared to the similar period in 2024. For the second month in a row, DN AGRAR approached the threshold of 6 million liters of milk delivered, confirming consistent performance.
