The main aspects mentioned in the show are:

🐄 The farm in Straja, which will be the largest of the group, will have 5.000 animals and will be equipped with two milking rotors. 

The works are currently focused on finalizing the first milking rotor and waiting room, for the first 900 productive cows and the goal is to start the production this year. By the end of 2027, the farm will be fully operational and will produce approximately 100.000 liters of milk per day, contributing significantly to the group's total production.

🐄 DN AGRAR has recently announced a partnership with BSOG Energy for the largest biomethane production project in Romania, with a total capacity of up to 15 MW. 

DN AGRAR will supply the raw material for biomethane production through a long-term contract to ensure sustainability and BSOG Energy will develop the facility. By leveraging biomethane production from manure sourced directly from the farms, DN AGRAR can achieve a 90% reduction in carbon emissions.

🐄 The composting unit has arrived in the port of Constanța, and will be installed at the Apold farm in the coming days, with the compost factory to be operational within a week.

The total investment in this project is euro 1.8 million. In the first months, DN AGRAR will focus on optimizing the process and obtaining organic fertilizer certification. After certification, the company expects the selling price to be well above the current one, generating a significant new revenue stream.

🐄 DN AGRAR has maintained stable financial results, with revenue at around 150 million lei in the last two years.

DN AGRAR aims to double the business again by the end of 2027 and, starting in 2028, to reach an annual milk production of over 100 million liters.

🐄 Despite the extremely high temperatures, this year is announcing to be a successful one for DN AGRAR's agricultural activity, with current productions above last year's.

On the milk production segment, although the price has fluctuated in the last period, marking a 25% decrease in the first quarter of 2024, DN AGRAR has managed to record an increase in milk production.

The company also continues to invest in automation and digitization, both to improve its efficiency and with the aim of reducing costs.

The main aspects mentioned in the analysis report are:

 
🐄 Prime Transaction estimates an intrinsic value of 1.7866 RON/share.

🐄 The biggest news, since the last report, was the sale of 6.1% of the company by the majority shareholder in an accelerated private placement. According to company representatives, the purpose of the sale was to support the liquidity on the market.

🐄 The financial results reported during this period were very stable compared to the same period last year, as the negative base effect related to the milk price started to be offset. 

🐄 The stability of the share price was correlated with the financial results reported during the period, those for the second quarter of the year, the net profit achieved in that quarter being very close to the one reported in the similar period of last year. 

🐄 The base effect from last year, one that was marked by high milk price volatility, began to fade, with operational efficiency and investment becoming the main drivers of DN AGRAR's results. 
This is expected to continue in the second half of the year, when the impact of the weather conditions on the group's agricultural production must be followed.
