DN AGRAR published the recording of the Teleconference from August 28th, 2025
|
The main topics addressed during the teleconference were: ✅ Presentation of the financial and operational performances from the first half of 2025, as well as the factors that impacted.
✅ The Financial performance: in H1 2025, DN AGRAR recorded a Turnover of RON 101 million, a 22% increase, compared to the same period in 2024, a Net Profit of RON 27 million, a 80% increase, compared to the same period of the previous year, as well as a 42% increase in EBITDA, up to approximately RON 49 million.
🐄 The milk production activity: the volumes of milk increased by 6% compared to the same period in 2024, with 34 million liters delivered in H1 2025.
🌱 Updates on the agricultural side: the unfavorable weather conditions led to lower yields and lower quality crops, that implies additional costs for feed supply, as more external purchases are required to supplement reduced in-house production.
✅ Update on the key-projects of the company, such as:
-
The new Straja farm will reach 1,800 cows by the end of August, with the installation of the robots scheduled for Q3 2025.
-
Updates on the compost factory in Apold, that is progressing as planned, with certification expected in September, and the developing status for the second compost factory in Lacto Agrar, scheduled to become operational in Q4.
-
Solar panels, including batteries, have been installed at the Apold, Cut, and Lacto Agrar farms.
-
The strategic partnership with BSOG Energy for biomethane production reached a new stage, with land secured and permitting in progress.
➡️ Outlook for H2 2025: DN AGRAR maintains a positive outlook for the second half of 2025, expecting continued growth despite significant challenges, primarily from unfavorable climate conditions.
✅ DN AGRAR will publish a revised budget on September 9th, 2025, considering the developments in the first semester of this year and all the factors potentially impacting the results in the second part of the year across all business lines - milk production, crop production, and compost.
