DN AGRAR obtains 10

at VEKTOR by ARIR 2024 evaluation, for the 2nd consecutive year

DN AGRAR obtained the maximum score – 10, for the communication with investors for the second consecutive year in the VEKTOR by ARIR 2024 evaluation, conducted annually by ARIR - the Romanian Investor Relations Association. 

On February 2nd, DN AGRAR marked three years since its listing on the AeRO market of the Bucharest Stock Exchange, a period in which it achieved a doubling of the share price.

Key Highlights of DN AGRAR's Activity in the Capital Market:

🐄 The DN share was included in the MSCI Frontier Small Cap and MSCI Romania Small Cap indices, starting March 1st, 2024.

🐄 In 2024, DN AGRAR was the second most traded company on the AeRO market, in terms of total value. The value traded with DN AGRAR shares doubled to RON 54.2 million in 2024, compared to RON 25.5 million in 2023, with a market capitalization of RON 233 million at the end of 2024. 

🐄 Regarding the share price performance, DN AGRAR registered an increase of approximately 15%, and the number of transactions exceeded the threshold of 13,000.

🐄 The adopted investor relations strategy has generated significant results since the listing in 2022, the company has experienced also a significant increase in the investors' community, up to 3.000 shareholders.

🐄 On February 2nd, 2025, DN AGRAR marks 3 years since the company's listing on the AeRO market of the Bucharest Stock Exchange.

About DN AGRAR Group

DN AGRAR is the largest integrated zootechnical farm in Romania, with cow milk production and vegetable production. The Group works over 7,000 hectares of owned and leased land and owns over 15,000 cattle, dairy cows and young cattle.
