The online discussions will start at 10:00 AM, and will be held in English by the CEO of DN AGRAR, Mr. Peter de Boer, via ZOOM.

Financing Plans for Cut 2 Farm Expansion
and New Composting Facilities

Financing plan for the development of Cut 2 farm
|
➡️ The project involves a EUR 12 million investment, of which EUR 10 million will be financed using a credit facility from ING Bank, to develop the CUT 2 dairy farm designed for 5,000 cows.
➡️ With construction starting in late 2026 and full production capacity targeted for 2030, the farm will support DN AGRAR's goal to double its milk output to 150–200 million liters annually.
➡️ Additionally, the project integrates strong sustainability practices, including utilizing farm manure and constructing an on-site wheatgrass unit to cover up to 30% of feed requirements.

Financing plan
for expansion of composting operations

➡️ DN AGRAR is expanding its circular agriculture model by investing EUR 3.5 million, financed through an ING Bank credit facility, into two new composting facilities.
➡️ This project is expected to double the business line's production capacity to 28,000 tons while increasing carbon credit generation.
➡️ Additionally, it will diversify company revenues through the launch of a new compost brand and expanded market access.
