Presentation of the financial and operational performances from the first 9 months of 2025, as well as the factors that impacted.

DN AGRAR recorded exceptional financial performance: Turnover reached RON 158 million, up by 25%, versus the same period in 2024, the Net Profit doubled to RON 43 million, reflecting a 104% increase, compared to the same period of the previous year, and EBITDA grew by 55%, up to approximately RON 78 million.
๐ Operational Performance: The results recorded in the first 9 months were supported by the expansion of the livestock to 17,000 cattle and deliveries of 52 million liters of milk, up by 11% vs similar period in 2024.
โถ๏ธIn the first 9 months of 2025, DN AGRAR accelerated its development process through significant investments totaling RON 42 million, materialized in several key projects: the construction of the Straja farm, the development of the composting line within the Lacto Agrar farm, the acquisition of agricultural equipment, as well as investments in solar panels.

Update on the key-projects of the company, such as:
๐ Straja Farm Expansion: The development of the Straja farm progressed faster than planned, reaching 1,900 heads at September 30th. The plan is to expand the herd to 2,200 animals by the year end.
โป๏ธ Compost Production: The second compost plant at the Lacto Agrar farm, which will support the increase in production capacity of organic fertilizers up to 14,000 tons/year, is progressing according to plan, aiming for commissioning in Q4 2025.
๐ Energy Efficiency: The installation of solar panels at the Apold, Cut, and Lacto Agrar farms was completed, with battery-based energy storage systems also being installed. This significantly strengthens the Group's efforts towards energy efficiency and supports the objective of reducing operational costs.
๐ Biomethane Partnership: The partnership for biomethane production with BSOG Energy is advancing as scheduled, and is currently in the detailed authorization and design phase, following the successful completion of the land acquisition by DN AGRAR.

DN AGRAR is the largest dairy milk producer in Europe and one of the leading integrated agrifood company in Romania, listed on the Bucharest Stock Exchange since 2022.
